Community Support
small acts
seed big impacts
Helping communities in the countries we visit doesn’t have to be a grand gesture.
Adventures With A Purpose
A YOLO adventure is more than just snapping a picture from the top. It is about truly connecting with the people and places we visit through love, help and compassion.
Making a Difference Along the Way
At YOLO Dream Adventure Travel, we believe in making a positive impact on the communities we encounter around the world. Whether it’s providing school supplies, fundraising for essential projects, or donating gently used gear, we know that even small gestures can bring about significant change. By giving back, we not only strengthen connections but also gain a richer understanding of the lives we touch, adding a profound dimension to our adventures.

Supporting Communities on Your Journey
If you’re able to gift other essential items to the communities you visit on your journey, let us know, and we’ll find out what’s most needed.
We Keep Spreading Love & Happiness All Over
Every time you book with YOLO Dream Adventure Travel we donate a portion of the proceeds to our community projects. This is part of our ongoing commitment to making the world a better, fairer place through adventure..

Building a School in Humla, NepalÂ
We’ve started our journey to raise $20,000 to build the Shree Bhawani Basic School in the most remote region of Nepal. We hope to give the gift of education to 100 children in Humla. Our partner in Nepal has been involved in this project for some time. When we found out about it, we knew it was something we could help with. If you’d like to find out more, visit our GoFundMe page or hop on a call. We love chatting about our community projects.

Tanzanian Orphanage Renovation & the Kilimanjaro Porter COVID Relief ProjectÂ
During the COVID-19 pandemic, tourism stopped overnight. We understood this could be catastrophic for many, including the Kilimanjaro porters we’d often worked with.
We knew we had to take action. We started by collecting money but soon realized that being able to provide an honorable means of income for the porters would mean so much more than a handout. With the help of lots of generous donors, we raised almost $8,000. This was enough to employ 20 porters to renovate and repaint the Share Tanzania Orphanage, which homes over 300 children. We even had some spare money to buy new mattresses for the children.
